For hundreds of years the Schorfheide region has been characterised by hunting, a historic connection that becomes clear on a visit to this tourist information centre in the shed of the hunting lodge. Here visitors can receive information and advice on days out all year round, as well as planning trips in the densely wooded Schorfheide region. There is a small range of regional products and souvenirs. Further buildings right next to the tourist information centre feature exhibitions on the history of the region.
