This stylishly renovated seminar house with several guest rooms used to be a restaurant, then a grocery and hardware shop and finally an East German general retail shop. Today seminars, yoga courses and retreats are hosted there. The building also has a co-working space and a spa area. The rooms range from luxurious to small and practical. There are a total of 15 bedrooms which sleep 24 people. The communal rooms include a dining room and a cosy living room. The highlight is the large terrace with its elaborate pergola.

Guests also have use of a sunbathing lawn with garden furniture and barbecue. Parking is available. Half board is also available. The seminar house is located directly on the Oder-Neiße Cycle Path and is an ideal starting point for trips to the Unteres Odertal National Park. There is further accommodation in the immediate vicinity in the Stolzenhagen estate and in the Kulturpark Stolpe.
