The three smaller holiday apartments (30 to 35 square metres) are on the upper floor. They each have a bedroom with double bed and a living room area with sofa corner, an open fully equipped kitchen and dining area as well as a bathroom with shower tub.

Guests have use of a bicycle room as well as seating and a barbecue in the garden. Parking is available. The lake is only a few minutes' walk away.
