The Marina Park Eberswalde accommodation facility used to be a public swimming pool that has been lovingly redeveloped. Overnight accommodation is available in the form of holiday homes, holiday apartments and Bed+Bike rooms. Camper van and tent pitches as well as berths are also available. The Marina Park is in a quiet location 800 metres from the centre of the town, directly on the historical Finow Canal. For cyclists the proximity to the Treidelweg path is ideal, allowing them to take a short break or stay the night.

There are five double rooms and five shared rooms, seven apartments (one of which is wheelchair accessible) as well as holiday homes. The holiday homes have two bedrooms, one living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Each holiday home has a terrace with seating.

All accommodation units have a television and radio. Extra beds and cots can be provided on request. A sauna is also available on the property. Pets are allowed by arrangement. Special services are available for cyclists, such as lockable bike boxes and dry rooms, and cycle route maps are also for sale. There is a restaurant on the premises offering a breakfast buffet and vegetarian food.
