Whether for two people, the whole family or with a horse and dog – we welcome you to our holiday apartment Ahorn furnished in modern style, located above the premises of Weisheit carpentry workshop. There is seating in the garden to relax over a barbecue and parking is available, too. Pets can be brought along by arrangement. 2 horse boxes and a large field are available. You can also ride our mares Tiara and Scharena. As a special highlight we offer guests the option to sleep in the hay – in the loft bed above the horses’ heads. Situated at the edge of the picturesque Schlaubetal valley and surrounded by fields and pine forests typical for Mark Brandenburg, Mixdorf is the ideal starting point for a varied adventure holiday involving active pursuits nearby and further afield – whether hiking, cycling, swimming or canoeing: in Schlaubetal Nature Reserve, on the Oder-Spree Canal and on the many lakes in the area, there are lots of opportunities for active recreation in a scenic setting. Experience the history of Mark Brandenburg on outings to Neuzelle Monastery or Beeskow Castle, and visit industrial monuments such as the Niederfinow boat lift. We can also recommend numerous outings for families with children.
